What Happens Next?

Maybe you’ve been coming to Forest Pointe for two weeks. Maybe five years. Maybe you've already tested the waters and you're ready to ramp up your involvement. How do people get connected and develop friendships in a church this big? The mission of Forest Pointe is "Leading people to take the NEXT STEP in their journey with Christ."  Below are some great ways you can begin your next step. 

Each activity is separated into the STEP groups:

STEP UP - Moving closer to God through a life of worship.
STEP IN - Moving to connect and grow by caring for each other
STEP OUT - Moving to serve and reach others who are far away from God.

1. Attend an event.
There's always something going on here. Special events, retreats, classes and more. Try one out.

2. Attend the next Newcomer’s Reception.
What’s at the heart of Forest Pointe? This is an opportunity for you to find out more about the church and meet other people who are new to FPC.

3. Join a group.
Whether it's a small group where you connect through a book or Bible study; or support group where you discover safe community and healing, groups are the places to develop friendships.

4. Support FPC.

5. Plug into a volunteer team.
Be part of something bigger than yourself. Use your gifts and experiences to serve others and develop friendships on the team along the way.
